Based on my own personal experience and through my therapy work, I have longed believed in the concept of inherited trauma and this BBC Radio 4 program certainly affirms this.

I’ve just listened to Suzy Favor Hamilton on BBC’s World Service talking about her competitive/Olympic running life, her struggle with bipolar and how she believes a prescribed drug influenced her changed direction to becoming an escort, to finally finding her peace, which included practising Yoga.
