Preparing for a class

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

Yoga practice is not like an aerobics class or a “work out” in the gym – it is a completely different experience.

You will need to bring one or two blankets to each of the sessions, and wear a few layers of loose clothing (leggings/t-shirt/sweatshirt), as your temperature will vary during the session.

Try and eat very little prior to the start of a session – physical Yoga is best performed when the stomach is empty; a little toast or rice cakes are fine –  and bring a plastic bottle of water in case you get thirsty during class.

No shoes or glass bottles are allowed in the School Room.
