  1. How would you rate the quality of the course so far?:

I think the course so far has been very good, and has come up to my expectations, and fulfils the course description, which in itself was very clearly laid out.

 a) The quality of the content?

I feel the material has been presented with great clarity, in an extremely well-structured way, and matches the pre-course description. The delivery has been very professional.

 b) Lina’s delivery and group facilitation?

Lina has managed to present the material in a clear and concise way. She has created an open, compassionate, and clearly boundaried learning environment, in which I feel secure, respected and able to fully take part in the group work.

Lina’s communication is very good, and the sessions are well managed, with presentations, exersizes, practices, group work and time for discussion and answers.

I feel Lina’s communication between the on-line sessions has been very good, and feel I could contact her if I needed to.  The material is stimulating and thought provoking as I hoped it would be.

c) The uniqueness and its difference from Chakra courses you have done or discovered elsewhere?

The wide-ranging perceptions, historical and contemporary models of the Chakras, and the perception and implications of the different models is refreshing. I think Lina’s wide-ranging life and work experience mean she is well able to present this culturally and historically broad ranging course on what the Chakras (energy systems).

Understanding the Chakra energy system through Lina’s model shines a different light on how I perceive my relationship to Yoga.

 2)  Is the course meeting your expectations? If so, how?

So far, the course is definitely meeting my expectations. I have been looking at different perceptions of the Chakras, over the last few years, across Eastern and Western beliefs throughout history, and this is just what I had hoped for – drawing threads together
