Let’s talk about change with Lina Mookerjee

Change is a natural part of life but can sometimes feel overwhelming and have a negative impact on our wellbeing. Whether it is physical or circumstantial change, learn techniques to cope better with change and stay well.

This workshop is followed by a further three workshops on 1st, 8th and 15th November 2017:
